Гостиница расположена в старом деревянном особняке рубежа 19-20, и ее облик и интерьеры сразу погружают в атмосферу старого Томска, вплоть до мельчайших деталей, которые подобраны со вкусом и цельно: от картин на стенах до салфетниц и полочек в ванной. Расположение отличное - в самом сердце исторического "профессорского" университетского квартала, недалеко от Красноармейской улицы,где больше всего красивых деревянных особняков. В номере все продумано, несмотря на то, что гостиница поддерживает "экологическую политику", не используя одноразовых упаковок и пластиковых бутылок, есть и все необходимое в ванной, и питьевая вода, и чайный столик. Было очень тихо и спокойно, убирались отлично, завтраки вкусные, персонал очень дружелюбный. Если вдруг снова поеду в Томск, то только сюда.
